Estagio no FC Luzern - FC Luzern Stage

O treino em si não foi nada de novo, foram 2 horas de treino forte pois eles teram livre neste fim de semana, tem rodada da Qualificação para a Eurocopa e por isso 5 jogadores estõ com a Seleção de seus países: Suiça, Bósnia, Montenegro e 2 com a Sub21 Suiça.
O que vale sempre é poder conversar e tirar duvidas e receber dicas de um Treinador Vencedor como o Rolf Fringer ( http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rolf_Fringer ), pequenas coisas que valem mais que um bom exercicio.
Discutimos sobre o que é ser Líder, como chegar la e como trabalhar quando se esta la, continuando a trabalhar forte, mais e mais.
Hoje não vou pois eles tem um evento com todas as Equipes Juniores do FC Luzerna e como o fim de semana é live, voltarei na semana que vem pra la, aproveitando minha semana de férias da escola.
Treino as 18:45, amanhã as 17hs comemos juntos e partimos pra FC Gumefens x SV Lyss, as 20:00hs.
Vou contar da minha conversa sobre ser Líder, a Mentalidade Vencedora, a Força Interna , a Vontade.

Yesterday i was with FC Luzern in the training, they are also Leader in the Serie A, with also 4 points from the second place.
The training was not the best, was 2 hous of hard work, play and run, like us, play and run.
The good part of yesterday is to speak and to receive informations from a big Coach like Rolf Fringer ( http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rolf_Fringer ), we spoke about to be a Leader and how to work when you are there, work hard and harder, more and more.
I will go back there just in the next week, they dont have games because of the Euro Qualify Round, they have 5 players with the nationals Teams: Switzerland, Bósnia and Monte Negro, and also 2 players in the U21 Switzerland.
Today we have training at 18:45, tomorow we meet at 17 oclock, eat together and go to FC Gumefens x SV Lyss to reach the 24 points with 9 games, 8 wins in a row.
Winning Mentality, Interior Power, the Will...this are our secrets to be a Leader.
